One of the best things you can do for your design career is to develop an allergy to your own assumptions. Always refine your understanding with input from users and developers.
Diversity in the bottom ranks of a company is good. Diversity at the top is better.
If your users rely on your app for accurate-to-the-minute data, it should be immediately obvious to those users when the data you’re showing is out of date. ☔️😭
